OUR WORLD story editor and script writer Susan-Sojourna Collier will lead a one-day-only screenwriting lab at and Blueprint 4 Hollywood in Atlanta this Sunday. Open to both novice and professional writers, the day-long intensive will focus on: character development, techniques in creating strong dialogue, scene structure, and story/outline development.

SUSAN-SOJOURNA COLLIER recieved an EMMY® nomination for Outstanding Writing in a Drama Series Writing for ALL MY CHILDREN. A veteran television writer with credits on ONE LIFE TO LIVE and PORT CHARLES, she served as story editor for the film NATIVE NEW YORKER (Toyota Scion Fund Winner) and pinned the screenplay GET THE SHOW ON THE ROAD (Tribeca Screenwriting Festival semi-finalist). She has also authored four plays produced throughout the east coast.
COLLIER has produced several short media projects for the NBC/Bravo Diversity on the Set project, and served as producer and writer for the documentary CHARGE IT TO THE GAME: THE EFFECTS OF GUN VIOLENCE IN BROOKLYN, receiving the Honored Feature in the Women of Color Film Festival, NYC & Doc Nation.
In addition to serving as Story Editor for OUR WORLD, she is currently a freelance producer and writer for Al Roker Entertainment and several film/production companies, creating new TV shows and documentaries.
COLLIER makes her home in New York City.
